Epaplus is a pioneering brand in food supplements, with more than 30 years of experience in the development of specialised formulas and diets, shown to the public through its complete range of food supplements that provide you with the nutrients that are lacking in your diet.

This innovative company is one of those driven by the large Peroxfarma laboratory, helping it to become one of the market leaders in the development of formulas that promote people’s health and quality of life.

What have we done?

We conducted a strategic digital marketing plan, studying the different pharmaceutical and sports supplement competitors in the market to benchmark and see what digital tactics to target.

We are carrying out the 360º omnichannel strategy, activating the different levers that we observed in the study that could grow the brand and the presence of Epaplus. The SEO lever is one of them, creating new and improved content for its blog with articles with valuable content that also allow us to develop a positioning strategy for keywords and key words.

On the other hand, we have also opened SEM and Facebook Ads channels to increase the visibility and presence of the brand and ensure search clicks. We are also working on the remarketing strategy on these platforms, with users who have already visited the website or are loyal buyers of the brand.

How have we done it?

Social media management, especially Instagram, is being led by our expert in content creation for social media and Instagram. We have created a content and sweepstakes calendar to increase followers and, above all, interaction with the account. The company’s physical sweepstakes, which are common in pharmacies, are also promoted and announced through social media.

We are also helping to improve the user experience (UX) on the website and in the purchase funnel, using email marketing tools (creating automatic mailings) and improving the usability of the website with the installation of new plugins to find out the opinion of users and buyers.

Last but not least, we are assisting the team in charge of Amazon (and other marketplaces) to help them better position themselves and grow on this new platform.
