BCN Vision is a company dedicated exclusively to the design, maintenance and installation of artificial vision systems for the industrial sector.

BCN Vision’s main mission is to improve the production and competitiveness of its clients in their respective markets, with increasingly advanced solutions, capable of varying according to the needs of each client.

What did we do?

We carry out audits of the structure, analytics, UX (User Experience) and usability of the website, as well as SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and your SEO strategy (Search Engine Optimisation).

These audits were developed by our Mindset Digital experts in web, web analytics, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), UX and SEO, with the aim of determining the improvements that could be made to grow BCN Vision’s online presence.

To do this, we studied BCN Vision’s website in depth to determine its usability, analysing the CTA (Call To Action), labelling, sales funnels (sales funnel) and website objectives. When carrying out a web analytics and usability audit we always have to take into account the final strategy of the website and work it very well with the client.

On the other hand, with regard to the analytics study, we also analysed how Google tools, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, were structured and how they were managed. The intention was to check that the tools were being used correctly and were structured to extract as much data as possible, crucial for objective decision making and data support.

How did we do it?

With regard to the SEO study of BCN Vision’s website, thanks to Google Search Console and Semrush tools, we have analysed the company’s situation, both at a technical level and in SEO Onpage. We have carried out a study of keywords and recommendations so that they could start implementing changes and increase the ranking in as many keywords as possible in the SERP.

On the other hand, we have trained the marketing team in digital marketing tools and strategies, so that they can implement their digital transformation. We work with our team of experts so that every week they review a different strategy and lever and understand how to capture new leads and improve the conversion funnel.

The training courses taught are: Digital marketing strategy, SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEM, Google Ads, Web, UX. We have also helped in the implementation of some digital marketing tactics seen in the trainings and we have shown them in a practical way how to implement the different strategies.
