Mariona Vilanova’s therapeutic aesthetic centre, located on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, in Barcelona, is essentially dedicated to stimulating the skin so that it improves and rejuvenates from the inside out. How do they do it? By means of treatments of their own creation where they mix manual techniques applied to the face, neck and décolleté. Also using methods such as detoxification, tissue activation, cell renewal and the production of collagen and elastin in the deepest layers.
The consumer, through these sessions, notices an improvement in their state of physical and emotional well-being and, above all, relaxation. All of this is reflected in the face and skin, illuminating, tightening, toning and, above all, beautifying it even more.
What did we do?
We helped Mariona Vilanova grow her audience and improve her personal brand through an omnichannel strategy to monetise her key audience.
We design the entire Facebook Ads setup and your SEM strategy, with the help of our Mindset Digital experts in Facebook Ads. We create all the customised audiences, studying your buyer persona, and we create the remarketing audiences that the Business Facebook Ads tool allows you to create. From the console setup we started to manage the ads on a regular basis, in order to grow their Instagram and web audience to over 12k followers on Instagram. The goal was to convert them, start monetising the audience and grow their personal brand.
We also created and managed the daily support of Mariona Vilanova’ s ecommerce, integrating shopping tools into the website itself and also monitoring traffic with the help of the integration of tracking pixels. Controlling the main KPIs and ensuring that the website worked correctly and the UX (user experience) was the best possible. We also managed and promoted the Instagram shop and Facebook shop (Instagram and Facebook shops incorporating the tools), creating the feed of all the products available on the ecommerce itself.
How did we do it?
As part of Mariona Vilanova’s 360º sales strategy, we developed a sales funnel: we created the process that a user should follow during the purchase on the website, as well as the pre and post user experience with email automation.
Along with Facebook ads, we also activated the Google Adwords lever to protect and increase the personal brand as well as to increase the visibility of Mariona Vilanova’s ecommerce products. In this way we were able to improve the personal brand and grow in sales thanks to this lever and the high ROAS.
Finally, we created a data tracking method based on the main KPIs of the business, updated weekly by the Mindset Digital team. We also monitored all the levers using the Google Analytics tool, which we configured to work in the Analytics ecommerce, to track conversions and the value of these conversions.
